Dozens of tornadoes hit several US states killing 37 people.
14 were killed in southern Indiana, 18 in Kentucky, 3 in Ohio and 1 in Alabama. It is thought that up to 90 tornadoes hit the US on Friday which put 10 million people in danger. Dozens of houses were damaged in Alabama and Tennessee.
There have been about 300 injuries reported in Kentucky, and there has been damage in 40 counties. Thousands of pupils were sent home as a precaution and several Kentucky universities were closed.
There are warnings of drops in temperatures even resulting in snow, this could pose as a problem for people as many have no where to go.
